A digital home renovation portfolio for an expert consultant.

RI HUD 203k Consultant is a renovation consulting company based in Rhode Island. They help people find the right contractors for their 203k loan renovation projects. We  built them a website that educates prospects with tons of informational content and showcases the company’s portfolio of renovation photos. We also designed a  new logo and marketing materials to strengthen the company’s brand image.

Our aim in designing the logo for RI HUD 203K was to create something professional and immediately recognizable. As the design progressed we shifted more focus to the graphic and tried to make it more apparent what the company does. We chose a simple and modern typeface and a classic blue/white color scheme to convey a sense of professionalism and technical knowledge. We used the design on business cards, stationary, and envelopes to make their interactions with customers/prospects more personal and memorable. The end result gives RI HUD 203K a strong brand image that stand out from competitors. 

Web Design & Development

RI HUD 203K needed a modern, mobile-friendly website to educate prospects, showcase their work, and generate leads. The website we designed for them is simple, yet full of informational content and marketing materials. It helps prospects understand the services they offer and lets them see what their home could look like after a renovation. The photo gallery is broken down into sections, so that a prospect looking for kitchen renovation examples can easily find what they are looking for without having to search through pictures. The website also has a contact form that allows prospects to schedule an appointment online.
