Positions We Are Hiring For:

Must be able to write with a comprehensive knowledge of the English language.
The content needs to be read smoothly and feel fluent to English readers for these projects.

The writing will be used on web pages and blog posts for our clients.

  • Certain number of words of keyword-based writing per page/post.
  • Written with a comprehensive knowledge of the English language.
  • Content will be scanned for duplicate content and plagiarism by our internal team.
  • You’ll be given personalized access to a custom WordPress subdomain where you’ll be able to log in and create the content.
  • We’re using Yoast SEO plug in to guide all writers in ensuring an optimized piece of content.
  • We provide all keyword targets and Yoast fields of information.
  • All you do is log in and write 600 words of awesome content for our clients.
  • It needs to be created in our WordPress environment with our keyword targets.

This position can be performed remotely.

  • Responsible for digital marketing campaign success and leading the day-to-day management and delivery of client digital marketing programs including paid search, SEO, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Manage scope and client expectations regarding timing and delivery of search marketing initiatives.
  • Drive the execution and innovation of search marketing campaigns throughout all phases including development, design, launch, evaluation, and reporting to meet company standards of service excellence.
  • Set up, execute and maintain digital marketing campaigns for adwords, retargeting, facebook/Instagram etc.
  • Compile and analyze data for agency social media and digital marketing reporting and presale analysis.
  • Demonstrate the ability to spot trends and patterns while analyzing digital marketing metrics.
  • Participate in solving client campaign challenges while managing campaigns to help meet digital marketing programs objectives.
  • Independently run client calls and meetings to present and discuss agency analytics and reporting.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in and knowledge of search marketing through execution, research, and certification.
  • Monitor client digital advertising budgets and campaign spending.
  • Develop knowledge of digital marketing through experience and attaining/maintaining certification in Google Ads, SEO, Hootsuite, and/or Hubspot.

You will be responsible for taking first-time callers (potential customers who call in) and work with them over the phone and via email to create a customized marketing campaign that meets their business’ specific needs. Once you close a deal with a prospect, they become your customer and will be sent back to you when they need another campaign.

The Role

We are seeking an entry level Print Production Artist/ Graphic Designer who is experienced and highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite. This position works closely with both the Creative Director and the sales team to create direct mail marketing pieces for small businesses.

A qualified candidate would have 2+ years of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced production environment with proven success. As our company expands, things are constantly changing and we need team members who are flexible and ready to adapt. Excellent interpersonal, communicational, and organizational skills are required. Must be self-motivated and able to work under multiple deadlines.

The right fit for this position must:

  • Have working knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, Photoshop

  • Understand contemporary design, layout, colors, and typography

  • Know composition and design fundamentals

Plum is looking for a versatile web designer with a great eye for design as well as coding expertise in HTML5, CSS3, along with some JavaScript (jQuery) and PHP.

This position will be producing mockups, landing pages, forms, websites, and email blasts on a daily basis. You will be working on our website as well as producing websites and campaign landing pages for our clients.

You must be detail-oriented and able to work on multiple projects while managing tight deadlines. Along with the specified coding experience, we’d also like for our Web Designer to be proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator, InDesign is a plus) and understand the basic design principles: layout, composition, and hierarchy. We need someone who understands cross-browser compatibility issues and has experience building sites on WordPress.
